Flushing Meadows Resort and Playground got its name from a famous park in Queens, New York called Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The park is so big that it plays host to the US Tennis Open.

Location
Flushing Meadows Resort and Playground is situated along the beaches of Brgy. Dao, Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and from the pier of Tagbilaran City. Bohol, part of the Central Visayas Region, is strategically accessible by land, sea, and air. Direct flights from Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific flies six times a week to Cebu, from Singapore via Silkair flies twice a week (Mondays & Sundays) and Qatar Airlines flies three times a week. From Cebu, one can connect to Bohol via fast craft ferries, now plying the route seven times a day. Direct flights from Manila to Tagbilaran are also available three times daily via Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines (daily and twice on Fridays and Sundays).
